Marie Curie Individual Fellowship

The European Commission has announced the successful applicants to Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowships. The grants are part of the Horizon 2020, the EU’s framework programme for research and innovation.

I am extremely honoured to have been awarded such a European fellowship! The huge prestige of the Marie Curie fellowship and the excellent conditions to carry on my own research project independently will improve my professional profile. It will also open new opportunities to establish my own research group in the near future and to develop new collaborations with world leading research institutions.
