Visiting Professor at the University of Vienna (Austria)
I am very excited to spend the summer as Visiting Professor for Vertebrate Palaeobiology at the Department of Palaeontology of the University of Vienna. During this time I join the Evolutionary Morphology Research Group (EvoMoRG) lead by Prof. Jürgen Kriwet. The research focus of the vertebrate palaeontological unit lies on the comparative biology and evolutionary developmental biology of fossil and living aquatic and terrestrial vertebrates. A number of different projects aim to elucidate the origin and diversification, extinction, adaptive radiation, and biogeographic patterns of fishes and tetrapods.
Lecture: 280199-1 VO Evolution of basal vertebrates (NPI) (2019S)
Looking forward to lecture and to do research!
